Some gorgeous Fall weather has made for some great riding before winter inevitably arrives. However, this year we will be nice and warm in the new indoor. Come join us and trailer in for a lesson.
October 17 - Scott Keach clinic
Australian eventer/showjumper and Olympian, Scott Keach, visited Arbrook Farm on Sunday, October 17 to teach several jumping lessons ranging from the Beginner Novice level through Prelim/Interrnediate. Scott makes his winter home in Ocala, FL but we hope he will come up once more before the Holiday Season. If you would like to ride with Scott and/or John, please send us an e-mail.

Our next clinic will take place April 15 - 17. Three days: dressage on day 1, followed by stadium on day 2 and XC on day 3. More details to follow.

Despite some frigid temperatures, we had a lot of fun and riders rose to the occasion during our five day pre-season jump school with John. The clinic featured trot gymnastic work the first few days, including gymnastic lines filled with oxers, leading up to cantering gymnastics and courses the last two days. On Tuesday , Karen Clark of The Horseworks, gave a demonstration of the Magnawave Therapy System while on Wednesday, John discussed the importance of lunging and the role it plays in the development of the horse’s fitness and flatwork. Thursday’s lunch break covered competition tack and turnout. If you are interested in future clinics, please send us an e-mail.
